For airport pick-ups, we use flight tracking to check for delays and make sure the driver is there when you land. We've included 60 minutes of waiting time for international arrivals, to collect your luggage or clear immigration and 15 minutes for domestic arrivals.
For bus stations and train stations, there are 20 minutes of waiting time and 15 minutes everywhere else.
